📝 Examination Rules & Evaluation Policy

1. General Assessment Framework

• Continuous Evaluation: The school follows a structured assessment pattern in accordance with CBSE guidelines, comprising Periodic Tests (PTs), Half-Yearly (Term-I) Examinations, and Annual (Term-II) Examinations to ensure continuous and comprehensive evaluation of the student’s academic progress.
• Attendance Requirement: A minimum of 75% attendance is strictly compulsory for a student to be eligible to appear in the final Annual Examinations.

2. General Rules & Code of Conduct

• Unfair Means (UFM): Any student found using unfair means, copying, or bringing unauthorized materials into the examination hall will face strict disciplinary action. Their paper for that specific subject will be cancelled immediately.
• Absentees: Attendance in all terminal and formal assessments is mandatory. No re-examination will be conducted for students who remain absent, except under critical medical grounds supported by a verified medical certificate.

3. Fee Clearance and Results

• Admit Cards & Result Validity: A student may be permitted to write the examination without complete fee clearance under special circumstances. However, the school management reserves the right to strictly withhold the final academic results, report cards, and board registration details until all outstanding structural dues are cleared.
• Promotion Criteria: Promotion to the next academic class is based on the cumulative performance of the student across all unit tests and terminal examinations throughout the academic year.
