Withdrawal &Dismissal

🚪 Withdrawal & Dismissal Policy

1. Voluntary Withdrawal by Parents

  • Prior Notice: Parents intending to withdraw their child from the school must submit a formal, written application to the Principal at least one calendar month in advance.
  • School Leaving Certificate (SLC): The Transfer or School Leaving Certificate will be processed and issued only after all institutional dues, library books, laboratory equipment, and other school property have been cleared and verified.
  • Fee Accountability: In accordance with the school’s financial regulations, fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. If a student is withdrawn in the middle of a term, tuition fees for the entire active period must be fully cleared before an SLC can be granted.

2. Automatic Dismissal due to Absence

  • Unsanctioned Leave: Continuous absence from school for more than 6 consecutive working days without an approved leave application or valid medical notification will result in the student’s name being automatically struck off the school rolls.
  • Re-admission: Re-admission in such cases is strictly subject to the discretion of the Principal, availability of seats, and the payment of a formal re-admission fee.

3. Disciplinary Dismissal & Suspension

The school management reserves the right to suspend or permanently dismiss a student whose conduct, progress, or influence is deemed detrimental to the discipline and academic environment of the institution. Grounds for immediate disciplinary action or dismissal include:

  • Behavioral Misconduct: Any act of serious indiscipline, insubordination to teachers, bullying, rowdy behavior, or use of abusive language on campus.
  • Property Damage: Intentional damage, vandalism, or defacing of school property, furniture, or equipment.
  • Academic Malpractice: Repeated use of unfair means, cheating, or manipulating records during unit tests, terminal evaluations, or board examinations.
  • Moral Turpitude: Any action on or off-campus that tarnishes the reputation and moral fabric of the school community.

📋 Important Administrative Note for Parents

While a student may occasionally be permitted to write school examinations under exceptional circumstances without full financial clearance, the final results, report cards, and necessary transfer documentations (including the School Leaving Certificate) will be strictly withheld until all outstanding balances in the Fee Account Book are settled in full.
