📜 Code of Conduct & School Discipline
1. Attendance & Punctuality
- School Timing: Students must arrive at least 10 minutes before the morning assembly. Latecomers will not be admitted without a valid written explanation from parents.
- Minimum Attendance: In compliance with CBSE guidelines, a minimum of 75% attendance is strictly mandatory for a student to be eligible to appear in the final Annual Examinations.
- Leave of Absence: No student may leave the school premises during school hours without the prior written permission of the Principal. Leave applications must be signed by the parent or guardian.
2. Uniform & Personal Hygiene
- Prescribed Uniform: Students must wear the neat, tidy, and correctly designed school uniform on all working days and during official school functions.
- Grooming: Hair must be kept clean, well-combed, and neatly trimmed (for boys) or tied back (for girls). Nails must be regularly clipped, and no jewelry, makeup, or fancy accessories are permitted.
3. Campus Decorum & Property
- Discipline: Refined behavior, politeness, and courtesy are expected at all times. Standard classroom discipline must be maintained during and between lectures.
- School Property: The school campus is a sanctuary of learning. Any damage done to school property, furniture, laboratory equipment, or library books will have to be compensated for or replaced by the concerned student.
- Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, smartwatches, electronic gadgets, expensive toys, or objectionable reading materials are strictly prohibited on the school premises. If found, they will be confiscated.
4. Academic Integrity & Examinations
- Malpractice: Any student caught using unfair means, cheating, or bringing unauthorized materials into the examination hall will face strict disciplinary action, including cancellation of the respective paper.
- Fee Clearance: While a student may occasionally be permitted to write an examination without full clearance under special circumstances, the school reserves the right to withhold final report cards and academic results until all outstanding structural dues are cleared.
5. Parent-Teacher Cooperation
- Fee Card: Parents are requested to carefully read and abide by the payment timelines detailed in the Fee Card.
- PTM Attendance: Parents are expected to attend scheduled Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) regularly to discuss their child’s academic and behavioral progress.
